If the numbers are indeed significant I think they'd want to get them out this morning. It would assure a good crowd to fill the expanded space they've arranged for. And those folks would be in a better mood if the news came out now, allowing for a ten or fifteen percent rise in the PPS prior to the Poway powwow.
