I'm genuinely dismayed at the financial portion of the settlement that was reported today and concluded that it doesn't represent the full value of what has been negotiated.
The following statement from the financials says allot. I think the features disclosed in this release represent the cross licensing agreements that have been negotiated in 4 of the past 7 settlements. You had better believe that the technologies required to support HDvideo aren't ours but are licensed. The question to ask at the shareholders meeting has to address this. Can we expect the margins on product sales of the enhanced eVu to increase as a result of cross licensing agreements? Appreciate it if someone in attendance could ask this or a variation of this that addresses this question.
“Our new eVU systems will feature a wireless interface and support web browsing, text messaging, on-board product sales, and streamed video and content updates. The new systems will have greater processing power to support High Definition video, and offer more design options and enhanced graphical user interface (GUI) choices while maintaining industry leading battery life.”
“Our new eVU technology platform can also support High Definition output to TV sets, advanced LCD’s, wireless voice and data communications, streamed television, and Bluetooth headsets,” remarked Falk.
