From the 10-Q
Revenues: Patent license = $1,250,000
Cost of Revenues: Patent license = $433,000
Cost as a percentage of Revenue = 35.4%
How did we get a break on the 40% cost to DM?
Unless Samsung Settlement was $1,107,500 and the 40% cost would have been equal to the $433,000
And that would mean that we got $142,500 Patent License Revenue that did not come via DM, and it had no cost.
All good questions for those attending the SHM.
btw on a financial statement you never show revenue after costs. DM's portion is the Cost of Revenues: Patent License.
