I would look at this as EDIG's share of $ 1.25 mil and DM got 40% off the top. This would make the settlement around $ 2,100,000. Correct me if I am wrong.

Here is a simple exercise;

EDIG collected $ 11.4 mil out of 7 infringers or an average of $ 1.63 mil per infringer.

Apply this to the new 19 infringers and we get revenues of $ 30.1 mil.

Since it took approx 12 months to collect from the first 7, we can assume a similar time for the next 19, or even faster, based on the language of the news release.

So we are looking at a minimum revenue for the next 12 months of $ 30mil PLUS any eVU sales.

I can only conclude that the stock value should rise accordingly with a possible .11/share revenue, 10 to 12 times the rev per share to a value of $ 1 to $1.25
