I think so....but these one time reports are just that. Certainly better than nothing for those doing DD but not a solid effort to get the turnaround business occuring in front of new investors.

Can you show me another penny stock priced at 0.16 that is profitable and has an in place business plan backed by a legal team like Duane Morris LLP focused on increasing revenues projected out for several years that is growing its cash base, not encumbered by debt and who has a proven product being currently sold and marketed featuring new design specs?

Not many around. A good PR firm can do wonders for a company like this.
