Create doubt in the minds of the reader by raising unfounded questions ladden with inference and innuendo that what factually appears to be a rosey picture is about to go poof because all these companys are paying millions to EDIG based on a whim, and EDIG PATENTS are not Valid, and EDIG should file for a review of their PATENTS?!...

If this line was not outright silly, it would merit a discussion by this Board. However, suffice it to say, EDIG KNOWS its patents are VALID. And DM knows the PATENTS are Valid. They don't have to get USPTO to review what is inffered to be a "Mistake". That is the burden of defendants, NOT EDIG OR DM...
