I'm not going to pretend I understand the exact method and strategy DM is employing by utilizing just one patent primarily in these early rounds but I suspect it has something to do with expediting the process in these early stages.

NOKIA is in this round so either they are not the big target or they are the big target and the Markman process may start with them...however, I have others in mind for that honor.

I do like that DM has reduced the process to filing a suit and a making a phone call to get a check issued in EDIG's' name...and not the 2+ year process we envisioned a while back before seeing the strategy in action.

RP stated at one time, hundreds of millions "NET" to EDIG....which means there is a lot more coming over the course of the next 3 years...and which should become more evident sooner rather than later.
