Everyone is becoming a thought cop; and those who arrogate the role to themselves presumptiously forget that most everyone here knows what the difference between a little company and a Giant of Technology, and we have both kinds in the ranks of prospective defendants...

Don't these people get it? Everytime they intercede to show us our wayward way by screeming Realty Check, Reality Check, they are insulting the collective intelligence of the readers here...

I willaccept that and let it rest... And unless they show me they have some special knowlegde of what was ion the minds of the ITC execs who worked out the deal with EDIG, it is pure guess work to say that the little ITC had NO CHOICE...

Besides, the significance of the settlement with continuing streem of revenue for widgets ITC sells in the future was the most significant item as far as EDIG was concerned. They had finally arrived at implenetation of thier Business Plan which has been their singular objective since Day One...
