There was a time the main wish list of all shareholders was as follows:

1) If Fred only could SELL SOMETHING...

2) If EDIG could only have some income, we would not need all this dilution of shareholder equity by printing more shares...

3) If EDIG could only pay off all the debt...

4) If EDIG could only have some money at the bottom line...

5) If only EDIG was not being sued by people with big bucks who were dead set to steal their technology, and could buy out the Court House...

6) If EDIG only had the money and could hire good lawyers who would have them enter into deals like that with BOW that could expand the business...

And so on and so forth...(Did I leave any thing out?). Please add to the list.

Now that all these questions are moot, and the company is growing, we are still thinking is this a "BIG DEAL?"; is the company really, really selling stuff that may make head way in buliding an on going business?, ETC. ETC...

In a way EDIG reminds of the FLOAT in your gas tank. As the Tank gets empty it goes to the bottom, but as your fill out the tank, even though it gets flooded it eventually gets back to the top because of the technology envolved...

We are in the Phase that EDIG as a viable company is gathering steam because its technology is superior to that competition. And it prove itself as more and more of its eVU are accepotec as the "Gold Standard" in the ife business...

Lest we forget, they created that Niche and there is no one that has yet made any thing that can compete with their tech...
