I figure we're gearing up for discovery on T2 and DM opted to collect many-a-millions on 774 which is proclaimed to have no prior-art, then go after another huge target for Marksman all the while leveraging against many others settling before the ruling with a big stick looming over their heads if we get favorable decision... And as far as 'off the hook' imo is yet to be seen with cross-licecing possibilities taken into consideration.
