1) We are all beneficial owners

2) Only stockholders with an amount of 10% or more must be shown

3) Eric is on the board and subject to sec rules

4) Jerry is no different from you or I, he can buy and sell when he chooses.

5) The board members and management must let the sec know ahead of time if they plan to sell any shares.

I thinking back to my financial knowledge, so don't hold me to these statements, but I believe they are correct
