Silver...my notes:

"At least 7 defendants have NOT been served. They are the foreign parent companies of various defendants (i.e., Canon Inc, Panasonic Corp, HTC Corp, Leica Camera AG, D&M Holdings Inc, Kyocera Corp, DXG Technology Inc). DM is trying to reach a settlement with these companies in order to not have to deal with something called the Hague Convention."
