It depends on how you want to count...

There were 19 companies mentioned in the PR but several more subsidiaries named in Pacer filings. I'd guess Roland Corp and Roland Systems Group would together cut a single check, thus 2 more settlements rather than 3. We'll see but it doesn't really matter either way.

Thinking more about 'elements'... additional settlements certainly help. A major eVU order coming to fruition might be seen as another.

We've been seeing lots of activity though - a most welcome change from years past. We're ramping up to the tipping point.
