I guess you could consider the same for Syntax-Brillian... formed on Nov 30,2005.....partnered with Premier Image Technology Corp Nov.6 2006, purchased Vivitar...On November 21, 2006, and filed bankruptcy July 8, 2008.

Was Premier the OEM for Vivitar prior to the Synyax purchase? maybe, maybe not.

Perhaps it was DXG that e.Digital was after all along....as they were OEM/ODM for Vivitar and many others. Their newly formed US direct sales outlet 2004, ...is on the Colorado list.
