The odds of 2010 and 2011 being substantial years for EDIG are quite likely imo, based on all we know about their IP litigation's timing to market...and it only looks to continue to ramp up.

Over 170+ infringers and we are only 8 done, 18 at large and a lot of room for growth.

Had I been gone for 10 years and came back today, looking at the position of the company today, profitable, growing revs and projections for it to continue with a stellar law firm like DM beside them, I would jump back in considering it is about where it was when I first found it. Apparently they were not too far off regarding the importance of their IP with respect to the Flash market. Certainly the Flash market grew exponentially and now it is time for EDIG to lay claim to what is due them.

And the timing might be very similar to the jump start EDIG got back in 1999 when the market saw the opportunity for the first time.
