I wouldn't worry...As we have nothing to base the time it will take for the pacer filings to happen. Since these settlements have happened, this is the first time we have had someone on the courtroom to testify to the event happening.

We do know the average time it takes once the Pacer posting comes to the PR announcement.

As long as its in this quarter for continued profitability I'm OK as I don't think these settlements will break the bank...But I'll take all the money we can get!
