I think an 8 figure settlement figure will grab people's attention. Settlements in the $1MM to $3MM range for huge firms (ala Samsung) are seen as nuisances (IMO). Hopeful the next few settlements are larger and/or we get a similar agreement like wolverine BUT with a larger company.
