You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
I would think, a buy back or dividend would be a one time event for a penny stock, with news to follow. IMO, one time events with no promise of a repeat, means little.
Both would be great, but without an ongoing same, I see little effect.
