Now having reported these two new dismissals as settlements, I would be extremely remiss to not say I read both Docs 165 and 166 and there is no language that a settlement has been reached. HOWEVER, I read Doc 9 which was the dismissal motion for TIC Computer (aka Wolverine Data) and that dismissal has the exact same language as the latest two. And we KNOW Wolverine Data did indeed settle with EDIG so I believe a settlement has also been reached with DXG Technology, Inc and Leika Camera AG. Also, at the 1/20/10 Status Conference I definitely heard Mr. Jameson of DM tell the judge they were trying to reach a settlement agreement with the 7 foreign companies before serving them to avoid the Hague Convention red tape.

Since DXG Technology, Inc and Leika Camera AG, both foreign companies, have been dismissed by EDIG and presumably have settled, it isn't too much of a leap to believe their US counterparts, DXG Technology (U.S.A), Inc and Leica Camera, Inc will also settle.
