Sorry folks, I was wrong about DXG Technology, Inc settling with EDIG. Looks like DM misnamed them in the lawsuit and it should have been DXG Technology Corporation. They dismissed only to refile using the right name. Looks like the only way to know for sure is seeing a PR from EDIG, seeing the actual words, "have reached a settlement agreement" in PACER filings, or hearing it in person at court hearings. My apologies for jumping the gun.

From Doc 167:

(d) Counsel for DXG Technology (USA), Inc. informed counsel for e.Digital

that DXG’s foreign parent, DXG Technology Corporation, was misidentified as DXG

Technology, Inc., but that if the entity name was corrected, DXG Technology

Corporation would agree to waive service pursuant to Rule 4(d). Accordingly, DXG

Technology, Inc. has been dismissed (Doc. No. 165) and e.Digital intends to move the

Court within 10 days for leave to amend its Complaint to add DXG Technology

Corporation, among other amendments. After an amended complaint is filed, a waiver of

service form will be provided to counsel for the DXG entities and will be filed with the

Court as soon as it is returned.

And as for Leica Camera AG, there is no way to be sure a settlement has been reached from the language in Doc 167:

5. e.Digital has dismissed without prejudice Leica Camera AG. (Doc. No. 166).
