In my opinion, the best business plan for EDIG is obtaining as many settlements as possible that include royalties going forward.

This will provide cash to the bottom line without expenses. In expanding the eVU market or any other market will require capital that may or may not provide adequate returns.

Also, during this process, EDIG may discover that one of the infringers, and also viceversa, might be a good match for a merger of buyout.
