Share buy back topic.

This came up during Q&A at the last SHM, and many times before, plus several posts on the topic here, with the common opinion, that a) there are too many shares in float, b) improve the PPS, c) help prevent a hostile take over, and a host of other thoughts.
A person mentioned this week 100 mln shares, so I have some questions.
1. What price would EDIG pay/share? .15, .17, .20.....what?
2. Do they have 15 mln spare change? No answer needed....
3. Who of us are willing to sell at 20 cents lets say?
4. What would the PPS rise to if 100 mln were "taken off the street"?
I'm of the opinion that if management is considering a buy back, it won't happen in 2010. Any thoughts out there in EDIG Land?
