True, we do know that about Wolverine. However Murgirl stated:

"I also hope the Royalties are substantial. "They" are due to expire when the patent does...

Making it sound like "all" royalty bearing agreements will be the same as Wolverine. That may (likely?) prove to be accurate. But we don't know yet.

Also which patents are applicable and when do they expire? Do they both have 4 years remaining?
