Roland (whether counted as one agreement or two seperate agreements) would be the obvious choice as the settlement most likely to be announced in March... just a matter of finalizing the paperwork and filing the dismissal.
I'm wondering if two royalty agreements indicate a trend. If so, then this could be one of the 'elements' being refered to by RP.
Consider that DM/EDIG must have a fairly certain idea as to the minimum value of these royalty agreements. Why would they settle for an amount that is completely unknown? Even without a lump-sum payment, royalty revenues must have been deemed significant enough to be worth settlement.
If DM/EDIG can secure a number of royalty agreements going forward lasting even 3-4 years, then perhaps this would allow EDIG to give reasonable guidance on future revenue. This would remove some market uncertainty and help even out quarter to quarter earnings expectations.... which is something that micro-cap funds and investors would be looking for.
Announcing any sort of future guidance would certainly be self-evident.
