Here's how I see what EDIG has said, what you and others have said, and your research from other cases have pointed out...

Each settlement arrangement is one by one between the two parties, as negotiated by counsel on their clients behalf. 1 of 9 thus far, the 1 being LG, did not have an NDA.

Both royalty bearing settlements are confidential, and structured differently..per RP.

It is reasonable to assume future settlements will include NDA's, including any royalty agreements. Whether the payments stop in a year, 6 years or 10+, it does not matter, as the 2 parties reached an agreement and both are expected to hold up their end of the bargin.

Also, whether EDIG is getting $1 mln, $2 mln etc, over whatever time period, that's just the way it is....
