EDIG had a record 2009, but right now, fiscal 2010 is trailing those numbers.

Why would you want a PR campaign now and have new money focus on that. It would appear to be better to wait until most of the 19 suits have settled and 30 more are on the chopping block.

EDIG with $20-$30 million in the bank, no debt and a pipeline full of infringers is a much easier sell and a much better investment, depending on the pps at the time.

EDIG has a plan...elements are falling into place, they are preparing to deal with microcap attention, the company is performing and there are no road blocks currently...all coming together this calendar year.
