I may be wrong but wouldn't it be better to have the story told now before all these lawsuits become public?

Well, the 1st one went public 9/25/08...LG....and 8 more since.

Telling the EDIG Story IMO is not about lawsuits, but about the technolgy (Flash) and the patents and patent pending, the eVU etc. Telling the story is to attrack microcap and institutional investors. Yes, IP efforts are part of the story and that's it.
