EDIGoke- We have in the past been down that road and to date we have seen little if any fruition. We are being bought off for pennies on the dollar. There are companies that settlemnts have been made that were screwing the companmy for years after they had agreed to a NDA. What make us now think that there is honor to be granted to a known thief. Sorry As much as I would like to believe that its in our best interest, the proof is that we have todat been incapable of seeing any benift except for those at the top who have received compensation because they have a job and are continuing to work.

I know that is harsh but i would like to see us on the winning end of NDA for once. If you want t0 scare the bejezzus out of any who are infringing or are contimplating imfringement let them see a king size rulling against one of them. As long as we keep it secret they can hope for time to run out. In some of these NDA's time will run out.

Things need to be transparent and they are not and have been so for more than 10 years. I believe its time to change the policy and go beyond just smelling blood buit go into for the kill.
