I see it as just being a little more persuasive...
They can take it to whatever legal level necessary....there is no harm in hearing them out.
The collective group now, and they are collective, will hear it all at once....and they are not necessarily, though some may be, the real infringer of their individual situations.
ie....SnapDragon does not belong to HTC....and I'm not saying it's incorporating e.Digital ideas....it's an ie...
Does some one here need to know what a SnapDragon is and how that is a vendor issue to HTC?
