Managing the future begins with a needs determination. I agree in part with your thoughts and didn't mean to suggest we hire ten new individuals right now.

I do think we need someone to manage the Balance Sheet and especially the cash amounts that we expect over the next couple of quarters and beyond.

It's also essential that we begin to communicate professionally to the investment community.

Supporting Financial and Marketing individuals can be brought on as needed.

Engineering staff will become a function of internal product development and to what level they plan to pursue this avenue is probably in question. Partnerships and any acquisition program will impact this decision.

Don't forget it takes time, sometimes several months to select the appropriate individual for each management position.

If we can expect 19 settlements this calendar year, and generate 20-40 million dollars, perhaps much more, then spending a million or less is money well invested in preparing for the immediate future.

I don't believe it is a wise choice to delay actions that will be required, unless a buy out suitor is in the closet.
