Interesting.....I understood there was a question of what should happen first ....claims construction(defendants wanting technicals processed) or discovery(e.Digital wanting to know exactly what products are involved)....

I was under the impression "answers" were to happen first no matter what angle the court would allow, but, then I guess it would make sense(from a defendant's prospective) that they have a better idea of what technicals e.Digital will eventually advance in order to form a better defend able answer.

Anyway, the ducks are all in order after 5 months, and I take it you are conveying to us the defendants are not going to gain any insight before their answer.
