A question to Gil

In the texas seven we demanded trial by Jury , Now Coby is demanding Jury too.

I Know IP litigation in our case now is considered civil law suits and no criminal action is involved, the question is if we go thru the Jury and we prove they infringed intentionally or unintentionally can we ask for triple damages or we have to prove the intension first and can we switch from a civil case to a criminal case against coby?
