The patents are all connected.....ie 737 relates to 774 in describing claims of switch interface to control circuitry to ROM code, etc.....which is not described in full detail in 774.
The problem that I'm figuring they are having, is the claims count that the court will allow in a case to get their fully appreciated points across.
The way it looks, to me any way, they have to target a specific best, and that's all they get a shot at.
That's why I note, pay close attention to how a defendants settle on 774 and related issues. Some the door is still open, on others it's closed.....where, for those that are closed we have an ongoing objective......that the ones still open may have to deal with in the future.....and it may not just be e.Digital they have to deal with.
