Here Judge MARCIA is the the one the case is assigned to for trial, and the shceduling and keeping the case moving along is done by judge Watanabe...

Second the May 15 Status conference is mainly to do some more house cleaning and Youngwirth does not have to be present while Watanabe is chewing Sakar's attorney, etc...

The PACER document is very specific as to what is to happen and when. And your gut reaction that the group have set themselves to fall like dominos was worth your taking the trouble of going there...

All and all looks By June we should have some more settlements and hopefully all of the Group of 19, and then DM gets on with His Tier II...
