I banned B-Lunist based on violation reports by other HL's. He has been warned repeatedly that personal attacks, insults and repetitive FUD will not be tolerated. I will continue acting on his violations as long as his motivation is to disrupt the board. He believes his 1st Amendment right of free speech applies here. It does not. This is an investment forum and there are rules Agora has put into place to keep it the best forum on the Internet. He constantly points fingers at other members, gets into squabbles at every opportunity and blames EDIG management for everything wrong with the world. That is called disruptive behavior.

If Agora feels I've abused my authority and relieves me as an HL, I will respect their decision with no hard feelings. And you'll never see me post here again.
