If DM can project out to insiders a net cash position to EDIG at or above $300 million or whatever over the next few years, then based on a cash basis alone the pps floor is set and any equity position staked down in this range is an easy buy.
Nobody knows that better than Polis, imo, but who knows who management has been able to make their case to and/or who DM might have introduced to the company.
Per management, “We have also been approached regarding licensing terms apart from current litigation efforts as a result of our early licensing success."
Who knows who might be looking at EDIG....obviously someone is watching.
