The bottom line with this investment presently...is.... there is no real revenue growth impending absent the "potential settlements" from companies that we are suing or "may sue" in the future. AND if/when that happens I do not see that there is a "game plan" on the behalf of the investors to "grow" those revenues that would reward the investors.

The oft repeated statements you make about eDigitals current and past position are blatantly obvious and have been so to anyone and everyone who has made it their business to follow eDig. This is and has always been a high risk investment, I don't know anyone here who is not aware of that.
What I think is nuts, is for someone who is so uncomfortable with their investment but elects to continue holding it without at least minimizing their exposure. Your comments over the years appear to be those of an experienced investor, yet it appears your average PPS is much higher than many others here. Some investors have sold, taken the write off and re-purchased at a much lower price. Others have purchased additional shares to lower their average PPS dramatically. Many have done both, prudent and inexpensive ways to purchase insurance for this type of investment while minimzing exposure.
Others who are so uncomfortable have simply sold and re-invested in the shares of companies who are as you say "much better investments".
Like yours these are just my opinions of the facts.
