there-in lies you problem... repeating this over and over.
We're tired of hearing it - The company will do what it whats to do, if anthing else over the years you should have learnt this... i did.
Do DD don't whine about Mgmnt - take that to them in an email a letter at a ASHM.
Criticizing/whining is a slippery-slope to boards like IH/RB. etc etc
