It just doesn't work that way. Almost all options are awarded on performance.

We don't know anything about the "Elements", right now it's all speculation.

The same situation applies to year end bonuses, it's a matter of achieving stated goals or better. And it most cases the goals are provided to the invesrment community in the form of EPS.

We have no goals from edig management. Only words, not numbers.
