Gil, quit throwing darts, there is no bitter discussion going on and all of us have a right to our op[inion.

Too many talk about salaries and the fact they haven't had too many increases over the years. The fact is they didn't make any profits over the those ten years and increased the losses by 50-75 million dollars.

One doesn't give out salary increases if there are no profits to provide the management or employees with increases.

I invested in edig to make a profit, it's been 10 years of waiting and until I see some rewards, the management doesnt doesn't deserve any as well.

If it were your company, what would you have done over the years and what justification would you have for the generous options they have been given over the ten years?

And it doesn't amount to zero, they have taken advantage of options over the years and have been rewarded much more than the shareholders have.

If DM wasn't involved, I doubt that others would have continued to throw new capital into the company and our investment would probably be worth zero today, yet you seem to be pleased with the last ten years of management, the salaries, the options, etc.

I'm not and I stand by that based on business experience.
