Did everyone get their digeplayer new letter from digeplayer.com
We are the folks who provide the digEplayer, or portable inflight entertainment, on airlines such as Alaska Airlines. At some point, you used our reservation portal, digEplayer.com, to reserve a player on an Alaska flight and gave us permission to occasionally send communications.
Our purpose in communicating with you is to provide information and offers that benefit you the customer. So our emails will be limited to topics and offers that do just that. For example, we have found that many individuals want to keep abreast of the new movies on the digEplayers. So as the movie selection is updated, we will send you a current list of the movies available on the digEplayer.
We hate getting it and refuse to send it. We will limit our correspondence to two times a month (barring time critical announcements).
We hope that you will find that our emails are beneficial and add value to your flying experience. If you have concerns or comments, please feel free to contact us via email or Twitter. And if at some point you feel that we just aren't doing our job right, you can always opt out. Though we hope it never comes to that.
Thanks and we'll be in touch!
