Here is the ANSWER...

UBSS who single handedly has been driving the pps down for the past few weeks, has raised his ASK to $.099 now, and the next two MMS are ASKING $.13 and $.21?

All this "Jump" is made on a paltry demand of 40K+ shares traded!?...

I think we just saw the "Bottom Line". UBSS gave up trying to take downan any further...
