I've stated before, not in favor of a dividend at this time, but down the road as Richardo points out, if they are cash fat..OK fine.
A buyback to me tells the market "we believe in ourself" as Gil says.
Just for grins, a penny per share divy would cost them aprox $2.87 mln.
Obviously, not doable now.
IMO, lets get the CO 16 behind us, file round III, then go from there.
As if the BOD listens to me...lol.
