Federal Courts do not suspend their calendar because some one asked UPSTO to look a patent over.

I never claimed that they did.

And, I am fully aware that both operate independently. The courts have more clout (IMO) and they would strike more terror in the hearts of an infringer. But, would you agree that the court has a bit more risk? Would you want a jury to decide such a technical case?

Do you agree that the infringers will put every roadblock up that they can?

Do you agree that Infringers are very likely to buy our stock if they see a loss or a large settlement in their future?
