IMO....the only thing to consider at this point happens in 21-3=18 days. What route will the defendants take with regard to the recent discovery order?
We have a conditional order standing that the judge can modify if needed.
By 8-21-2010, if there is no modification noted.....I guess that would mean the defendants have decided to be non-obliging to the initial phase one, phase two process....and full discovery is in play, where, IMO, it started on 7-30-2010 to be stopped or not stopped on 8-21.
IMO, the phase one process would lend early leverage to e.Digital for settlements to take place.... early.
