They want, or need to leverage their tech.

How best do they make that happen....through settlements, .....or full blowout legal ?

Myself, I'd like to see a Markman determination as a share holder, probably more out of curiosity than anything. However, for the challenges ventured, they do not seem important, other than the sole memory issue....where it's up to a judge to make the determination in changing the patents total meaning, never mind just a claim issue.

Anyway, how do they build a significant presence within the industry has been my focus for a long time.

Is leveraging for the future the name of the game.....or law suits?

Aug. 21st is approaching.....a stop to the conditional discovery order, IMO, means settlements are happening or about to happen.

Settlements have to be leading us into the future having a tamed animosity.... if the tech is to flourish.

IMO, being "agnostic" serving all, is the target.....that is what it was in the beginning, has that changed?
