It is facinating that they are presenting such a week defense so far, and this Judge is clearly well prepared and she appears "In Charge" and not about to be bamboozled by defense's idiotic assertions.

The only defense attorney who presented a "Reasonable" explanation was Mr. Brody for SONY who set himself apart by stating he was cooperating with DM to agree how they wanted the documents that were in Japanese handled...
