Can you imagin what a press release like that would do without having to sue them instead?

One would think in the CE industry the trees DM/EDIG are shaking, with 10 settlements under our belt, would be on the minds of every executive and BOD member we have YET to file against.

Word is spreading and knees may buckle before we slap them...IMO.
