Whatever the reason for yesterday’s volume... clearly it was orchestrated. This we know for certain, although we will probably never know who or why.

I also thought we would have seen a response to Doc 309 by now. Surely DM must respond (if they choose to do so) within a certain time limit? Gil, might you know what that time limit is (generally)? Also you said that the judge must set a hearing date for this motion? Surely that cannot be? Does every motion necessarily require a hearing? I wouldn’t think so.
