The technology is different.......the issues are over gate technology, or the way the cells are structured to trap electrons.....e.Digital is not involved in those types of issues.

There is the question of the..... "exclusion order barring imports of products containing the infringing flash memory chips."

e.Digital needs the industry to flow flash products......and we can't have the AMD(Spansion) types reducing the flow because their IP is being stolen.......lol
